FARM FRESH CHARITIES will provide your organization with all the print materials to launch this fund raiser with class. A trained professional will be your contact through out this campaign. Once you have committed to our fund raiser, together we will set a target delivery date. With materials in hand, your group can hit the streets with confidence receiving orders for FARM FRESH produce. All items will be priced at or below retail costs in your local chain store. Better still, all produce will be less than 3 days old! THAT'S FARM FRESH!

Once the allotted sales time has passed for your groups raise, all orders and funds are brought together and tallied. Then one check is made to FARM FRESH for the total amount of your order “less your proceeds.” Simply fill out the final order form, fax it to us and get ready for the big day. THE BIG DAY!

On the pre-determined delivery date your organization will prepare to capitalize on their captive audience. Knowing that we have “X” number of participants arriving between say 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. to pick up their FARM FRESH products, we must plan to greet them! With tables set up and tickets sorted alphabetically we are ready. They will arrive to a parking lot filled with events! Perhaps a car wash, a bake sale, how about a garage sale with donated “garage stuff” from all your families and friends. So not only does your group benefit from this day with FARM FRESH produce, and a “healthy” donation, but they may also receive some special attention, warm handshakes and some good old fashioned “neighborhood fellowship!” Community helping communities! ONE MORE TIME!

First your group recognizes a need. Then they react with a fundraiser to help gain the much needed funds. We supply numbered two part order forms, support flyers and support / training to your leadership. Second they take to the streets receiving orders for the pre determined fruits and vegetables. Third all funds are tallied, and the order is placed. Product is typically harvested and packed on Thursday and delivered next day to your facility. That is 7 to 10 days fresher than the chain where you have been shopping. Fourth have all the families help plan a community outreach day for the Saturday when product is redeemed. This can be a fun and extremely profitable day for your cause! Fifth when the truck arrives and is unloaded we are presented with a cashiers check for the total amount of the purchase less your percentage.. Now you have a campaign that is fun, healthy and one that fits easily into your pocketbook!
